I could write a book about everything that went wrong when they came to fix my heater. We had been using them fir 20 and I was shocked by the work done, the shoddy and mysterious billing and how rudely the owner was when addressing these problems. Never again!

Critical: Responsiveness, Value Very poor customer service. Had a thermostat still under warranty that was bad, but they refused to follow up with the manufacturer or myself after several weeks of cold weather. Luckily, was finally able to obtain competent and reliable service technician with another company.
