LD Swain installed the HVAC system during construction of my home in 2017. They have taken care of regular maintenance since and there haven't been any issues. They corrected another vendor's epic fail of an attempt to install smart thermostats and patiently explained what went awry. Lesson learned: Call LD Swain first.

I don't write many reviews, but L.D. Swain & Son definitely earned these five stars. Our A/C wasn't working, which was the last thing my eight-months-pregnant wife needed, but Donald managed to fit me in ASAP (despite being totally booked for the next several days), and Shane and my guy Brandon quickly diagnosed the issue, ran a whole new wire through the house, and got our A/C up and running in no time.

I'm a new homeowner, but I'm already realizing the value in working with local, family-run businesses like L.D. Swain & Son. They knew my pregnant wife wasn't going to be able to sleep in his hot house, so they showed some heart and made it work despite how busy they are. LD Swain and Son has been and continues to be of great customer service. Prompt response to all service calls. I have had the pleasure to have them service our church HVAC for the two years I have been Chair of the building committee and have had them install a brand new HVAC system in my own home.
