Our experience with Total Pro Flooring was AMAZING! We had a tough timeline to get everything done and Chad was truly wonderful by helping us plan the selection of floors and carpets. The installation process was super efficient and FAST! The quality of materials is outstanding. The customer experience was EXCELLENT throughout the process. William was fantastic to work with, and all of the workers from Total Pro were great. Super courteous, clean, efficient, and just overall fantastic. Their showroom has great options and he was able to help me select the perfect floor for our family. Couldn't recommend more! I had an excellent experience working with Chad and his teams to do 1800 sq ft of floor demo (carpet, tile and hardwood), followed by vinyl and tile installation. Chad was quick to schedule and easy to communicate with from beginning to end. Both the floor and tile teams did exceptional work and I love the end result. Thank you Total Pro!

What an amazing experience we had working with Chad and his team! We had to get our entire home flooring replaced and the guys showed up on time if not early, which is a plus for me everyday! They worked late at night so we could be back in our home soon! The quality of their work is amazing! Absolutely happy with using them!

Chad and his team are absolutely amazing. If you are looking to re-do your floors I truly hope you get the chance to work with Chad! My husband and I are first time buyers who have never re-done floors (or anything for that matter) so we didn't know all the questions to ask and how to go about the process but felt safe and comfortable work through it with Chad. Chad is honest, patient, trustworthy, kind and really cares about servicing his clients.
We never felt taken advantage of or over priced. Him and his team's work is honest and it is amazing. I feel so lucky to have found him and am so excited about our new beautiful floors! Thank you Chad and team!
