This was the second time that we have worked with Robert and Julie on a flooring project. This time, we installed tile and hardwood in the entire second floor of our home - not a small project. They were just fantastic to work with from start to finish. Robert is extremely knowledgable and spent a lot of time helping us find the right solutions to stay within our budget - we actually came in a little under what we had planned to spend.
They were great about scheduling and helping us know how to get the house ready for the work. The crew that did the installation was fantastic. They were pleasant, very professional, did a great job cleaning up, finished the work right on schedule, and the work is just beautiful. Every detail was perfect. I can't say I have a single complaint about any part of the process and we are so glad we did the project. If you have a flooring project, this is who you want to work with, no question.

Robert and Julie Peoples completely transformed our house. Not only did they have an excellent eye to help us pick out the perfect product to update our home, they also provided the best customer service experience I have had in Austin. Hopefully I won't need new floors for a very long time, but when I do, I know who we're calling. I couldn't recommend them any higher. You can see in the photos how the new, light colored engineered wood made with wide Planks really opened up and brightened the space following the dark, bamboo with narrow planks that never should have been installed the way the previous contractor did it. Robert taught us that before transforming our house following a bursted pipe disaster in the winter storm of 2021.

I am a man of few words but I wanted to brag a bit on our experience with People's Signature Flooring. I will tell you that customer service is top knotch with these guys. I was skeptic at first because when you dealing with insurance, especially after the ice storms of 2021, most companies come and go and their main focus is just to get the job done and move on. People's Signature Flooring was just the opposite, Julie and Robert made us feel as if we were their only cutomer, they both took the time to walk us through the process in selecting our new floors and through the insurance process. I highly recommend if you want serice beyond the sell, this is the group to go with. Thank you Julie and Robert!
