"Just because we sell you flooring that doesn't work for your project, doesn't mean we will refund your money." -Sales Rep denying return of unused plastic nosing still in the box received and never touched Oh, they also under estimated amount of flooring needed which resulted in disruption of installation and delays in inspection. I'll never use them again

I LOVE my new stairs! Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and patiently answered all my questions. The installing carpenter was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process and give me tips on painting the risers. I can't wait to finish my other two bedrooms with Butler Floors. I highly recommend.
