Services
Hardwood Installation
Professional hardwood flooring installation using centuries-old methods for lasting durability. Our experts handle oak and other wood varieties with precise subfloor preparation and acclimation processes. Includes furniture moving, carpet removal, and final sanding with dust-free technology to create seamless, long-lasting floors.
Natural Oil Finishing
Application of non-toxic natural seed oil finishes that penetrate wood fibers for water-resistant surfaces. This method allows wood to breathe while preventing cracks and cupping through humidity changes. Provides easy maintenance through localized touch-ups and preserves floor appearance without full-room refinishing.
Floor Refinishing
Dust-free sanding and refinishing of existing wood floors to restore original beauty. Our process removes scratches and wear while preserving floor integrity. Includes multiple grit sanding stages and finish options, with special attention to matching existing wood tones in multi-phase renovation projects.
Wood Repairs
Targeted repair services for damaged wood flooring sections. Specializing in board replacement, scratch removal, and moisture damage restoration. Uses traditional techniques to maintain structural integrity while blending repairs seamlessly with surrounding surfaces through stain matching and oil finish application.
Staircase Work
Custom staircase installation and refinishing services maintaining safety and aesthetic continuity. Handles complete stair systems including treads, risers, and handrails. Applies same non-toxic finishes and dust-free sanding methods as floor projects for consistent durability and indoor air quality.

Questions
What wood floor options do you install?
We install all oak varieties due to their staining versatility and durability, sourced sustainably across the United States for optimal quality and affordability.
Are your finishes safe for families?
Yes, our natural seed oil finish is completely non-toxic, low-odor, and safe for homes with children or pets.
How does oil finish compare to polyurethane?
Natural oil penetrates wood fibers for flexible water resistance, allowing floors to breathe and preventing cracks while enabling localized touch-ups instead of full refinishing.
Do you guarantee price competitiveness?
We offer free estimates and will match or beat any written competitor quote for comparable services.
How do maintenance requirements differ?
Oil-finished floors only need periodic oil applications with simple rags, unlike film-forming finishes requiring full resanding for touch-ups.
What service areas do you cover?
We serve Boca Raton and the entire South Florida region for residential wood flooring projects.

Lucien was fabulous! Not only did he sand and refinish existing floors, he laid an entire master bedroom as well. My floors that are 25 years old look brand new! They are magnificent! I love them and he is a true professional!

AMAZING! I could not be more in love with my floors, they are perfection! He did exactly what we wanted and was very patient with us as we went back and fort on color combos. No surprise fees, he quoted us, did the work EFFICIENTLY, and that was it :) Even came back to touch up some spots that my painter messed up (for free). 100% recommend.

Ioan is a great guy very conscientious and fair. It took a bit longer to do our floors because they came out wrong at first. I wouldn't have known it but he brought it to our attention. He had to re-do the whole thing. It was an inconvenience because we couldn't move in right away but it worked out and our floor is beautiful at a great price! Thanks Ioan!
