Miami store is the worst customer service. Delivered couple broken boxes of tiles, don't want to replace. I send the pictures, but they ignore any conversation.

I do not usually write reviews unless it is an experience that surpasses expectations, so I wanted to share the recent experience I had at the Antico Stone and Elements & Surfaces showroom in Palm Beach Gardens Fl. First, the showroom is an interior designers dream with all the latest and coolest surface materials to choose from for your projects. Second, I was greeted with a warm, friendly welcome by Stephanie Paula who not only took the time to listen to my design challenges but also guided me through the plethora of materials they offer.
She was not only knowledgeable, but quick to provide pricing and follow up once my order was placed. She really made the whole process enjoyable! As designers we have many choices when it comes to materials and where to shop them and in my opinion, you may find similar materials in different places but you will not always find the same quality of service.
