Questions
What flooring types work best for high-traffic commercial spaces?
Vinyl, tile, and laminate flooring offer optimal durability for high-traffic areas. Vinyl provides water resistance, tile offers scratch-resistant surfaces, and laminate balances cost-effectiveness with wear resistance for commercial applications.
Can new flooring be installed over existing surfaces?
Yes, we often install new flooring over existing surfaces when conditions permit. Vinyl and laminate can go over concrete or tile with proper preparation, while hardwood typically requires subfloor modifications to ensure longevity.
Do you offer custom flooring solutions?
We specialize in custom installations including unique patterns for tile, engineered hardwood with tailored finishes, and bespoke carpet designs. Our team collaborates closely with clients to create distinctive flooring that matches specific design visions and functional needs.
What are typical installation timelines?
Installation duration varies by material: hardwood/tile (3-5 days), vinyl/carpet/laminate (1-3 days). Commercial projects depend on scale but our efficient workflow ensures completion within projected timelines without compromising quality standards.
Are eco-friendly flooring options available?
We offer sustainable flooring solutions including bamboo, cork, and recycled materials. Our low-VOC finishes and adhesives contribute to healthier indoor air quality while meeting environmental standards without sacrificing performance or aesthetics.
Do you handle large-scale commercial projects?
With extensive experience in large-scale installations, we manage complex commercial projects from hospitals to high-rises. Our coordinated approach ensures seamless execution across expansive areas while maintaining strict quality control and adherence to construction schedules.
