Needed 1 box of discontinued tile from one of the big box stores. Called Southern Surfaces and they were able to track down what I needed from a small retailer and I was able to order it online. The young man I dealt with was very helpful, courteous and professional. Overall a great experience

You are going to be hard pressed to find nicer people at a super or receiver however they are not in a hurry to load or unload. 3pm is exactly that so don't get all fussy with them if you are early or late.

This company is very unprofessional. Their products are a reflection of poor customer service. Giselle Bianco from HR and finance is an example of the low quality of this company.
