I had got my carpet done from them. They installed it. Carpet had so many spot where the thread is coming out and poor installation. I contact them and sent pictures no response. I also have proof of message and him not replying to any calls. Very unprofessional and did not take up any ownership or man of his word. Horrible experience. I tried very hard for him have a chance to fix the issue and he never did.

Before cutting out the carpet it should have been inspected before being stapled. Instead you gave us the bad batch so you can make the money. I'm absolute angry about how many times I reached out and no one cared. I contacted them and I get a communication of we will contact manufacturer. Why?
