Steve, Joel and Bruce were fantastic to work with. They were professional, very timely and courteous. A storm came through and destroyed part of my fence they were there the next day to replace it! I can't say enough good things about this company. Service: Chain link fence installation

Steve, Amy, Joel and Bruce were all fantastic to work with and provided us with the quality fence we wanted at an affordable price. Excellent craftsmanship and true pleasure to work with! The team answered any and all questions timely. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wood fence installation

Lucky Fencing had the best price I could find. Our project was completed on time. The quality of work by their installers exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Lucky Fencing! Service: Wood fence installation

Steve, Joel, Bruce, and the entire Lucky Team are amazing! From fence selection, ordering, and install, customer service has been TOP NOTCH! I've never worked with a contractor who is as attentive, communicative, transparent, and dedication to client as this team! I've already lined them up for additional projects in my yard (patio, fireplace, and fire pit). Please consider doing business with Steve and his crew!

I wish that I could give them no stars. One star is grossly overrated. This was the worse experience ever. They used out excavator and broke the shaft. We never charged them for it. We were okay and forgiving. They only came two days and never returned to finish the job. They would not refund our money either. We had to finish the job. Even worse, the posts that they installed were very crooked. My sons did a better job with very little fencing experience.

I have waited a long time for them to make this right. It is very clear that they have no intent to do so. Beware of this company. You can randomly pick any other fence company and will undoubtedly have a better experience. I was "Unlucky" to have chosen "Lucky Fencing". Roll the dice and choose anyone else, and you will have better luck than me. I gambled by choosing them and lost around $3,000. John M.

I LOVE my semi privacy fence! They gave me a good price and did a really great job! I didn't have to wait very long for them to get started and then they were done before I could turn my head. They gave excellent advice on how my fence would look the best. I'm very pleased! If you need a fence, call Steve!

Absolutely love my fence! The owner Steve is so nice! He truly cares about his customers and his fences are installed by his personal team not a contracted group that he hires. He takes the time to explain what would work best on your property. I leave him voicemails and he calls back promptly on his personal cellphone. I never felt like I was just. a sale to him. I felt like he truly cared and I really appreciated that.

Thank you Steve and all of your staff for your attention to detail and just being a good person. That's rare to come by anymore. I checked out other places in Knoxville and I'm so glad I went with them. Thank you so much for the amazing fence! If I ever move and need another fence I wouldn't even consider anywhere else. Lucky fence is family now. God bless!
