H & G Systems

H & G Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. was founded in 1968 as a partnership, and in 1973 a corporation was formed. The electrical contracting division was added in 1983. The corporate name was changed to H & G Systems, Inc. to reflect business diversification and improve marketing strategy. In 2001 the company filed an election to operate as a Limited Partnership in the State of Texas.

H & G has experienced both success and growth as a mechanical contractor and the ensuing reputation from quality work conducted in a timely manner. H & G specializes in commercial and industrial installations. We are qualified to handle a variety of design build mechanical/electrical contracts.
