Their "take it home and try it" policy has worked in the past but, just this time, we had them deliver several rugs to try in our house. Ann researched the optimal "puppy proof" carpet surface, and sent 3 rounds of manufacturer/pattern/color samples to our home to find to best match. From there she handles ordering to correct size, serging the edges and getting the correct puppy proof rug pads and having it delivered to us! Ann is a problem solver that we very much needed.
