Great Service! Mr. Tony deserves a raise! I called late yesterday to see if I can get someone to see why my ac wasn't blowing (me being pregnant, with a toddler, in the middle of a heat advisory) they were able to get me a next day appointment. Mr. Tony came tested whatever out the and got everything up and running. Now my ac is on full blast and I'm happy. Thank you!

Very surprised by the quote I was given today for simply re-attaching a faucet & disposal (no parts needed). 800$! I wish I could've done business with Coopers but this price was too much for a 1h job. Ended up just paying the 109$ dispatch fee. Edit: After a 15min YouTube tutorial I ended up doing it myself. Cost me $2.5. Not very reassured by the company's response either.

My complex was not able to fix my AC Unit in a timely manner. Being in Florida that is pretty rough. I reached out to Cooper's and I spoke with Mary. She explained to me the process and I was going to have a tech come the very next day! She followed up with me the next day and was very understanding and detailed. I truly value customer service and being prompt.

I really appreciate working with Will on making the decision on which AC and Heating units to purchase for my home.
