Paid cash for a unit less than 24 months ago and the unit ALREADY has to have major parts repair. From their perspective it's the AC manufacturers issue which I can "somewhat" understand however, it took 3 days to get the issue diagnosed it's now day 5 and I'm still without air. Needless to say I can't have another company come in and repair it because it's under warranty through Air Control. To top it all off they are charging me a diagnostic fee, a fee to go pick up the repair parts and a fee to repair the unit. Don't know if this is common but thought I would share my experiences. So do your research when looking for AC companies.

My AC shut off in the middle of the night, and the house was very hot this morning. I called Air Control immediately. Mike Crockett came out to the house. on Saturday. within about three hours of my call. on a Saturday. Excellent response! Mike quickly assessed the problem and was able to get us fixed, up an running, and cool again. before game time. Excellent service! Thank you, Mike!

Erik, Saved the day. hot Florida summers, of course, year old HVAC starts to blow hot air inside smh. Initial vendor who installed the unit, too busy to assist. Well, not this company.
