Carolina Comfort, Inc. was formed in 1993 in Newberry, South Carolina by its president & CEO Rich Mitchell. As CCI grew, Rich was soon joined by longtime friend and service technician Steven Faust. Rich and Steven started hiring additional staff members from the best in South Carolina- They put together an in house training program and now employ close to 40 of the best in the business!

Rich and his staff want everyone to feel like family. He has always believed that honesty, integrity, and good quality service is the only way to do business. He is a true believer in God's Power to bless people. Rich has always told anyone who asks, "Carolina Comfort is God's company, I am just the one that is lucky enough to run it."
