These guys are fantastic! They actually care about fixing your unit and not ripping you off. Leon was phenomenal and was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to help and did not try to take advantage and sell me on things I didn't need. If you need AC repair call these guys and ask for Leon!

The worst customer experience ever in my thirty years of living in the US. Honestly, I am shocked. I have used this company to install AC in my houses before but after today. I am still obviously angry. I hope a business owner would contact me if they care about their long term customers so I can tell what happened.(after reading formal response.)There was NO abusive behavior on my part.it is not true.your commitment was to be in my place between 8-9.
I received a call at 9:10 that your employee would arrive by 9:45. The only thing I asked is to be respectful of my time and give me a warning about the tardiness. Your office manager Amber suggested in a rude way that I could cancel.that's an abuse of the client who desperately needs your service and you know that.
