This company has went above and beyond several times fixing my A/C. As with most of my appliances and vehicles I never have an open / shut diagnosis. Apparently I had more than one problem with my AC with required multiple trips. Of which he only charged me for the initial visit. Then again my AC stopped working on Friday night of memorial day weekend (for a completely different reason and component than the previous visits). Saturday morning we were supposed to be going out of town and leaving at 11:30 AM. Adam from AR William's said he would do his best to get somebody out there.

Somebody showed up at 11:15 fix my AC and I was on the road only 15 minutes later than originally planned. I believe many companies would've put this off until Tuesday because of the holiday weekend. I would never use another air-conditioning service again since I found them

I had issues with my air conditioning unit that I purchased in August of 2022 as their was a leak. I immediately contacted Adam on Saturday night and he had a technician to my home on Sunday. They initially though it was the water clogged but it was defective parts from the manufacturer. Adam ordered the parts from first thing on Monday morning and the manufacturer wouldn't give him a time estimate of when the parts would arrive.

I then utilized LinkedIn and contacted the executives at the manufacturer and told them was unacceptable and the parts must be sent to Adam. My air conditioner was fixed today. Adam and his team are professional and truly care about their customers and back their work. I would highly recommend them.

My AC just stopped cooling around 11pm in the night. My entire apartment was 84 degrees, I made a request for service call at the earliest availability the next day. The next morning, around 7:30 I got a notification that Adam was on his way. He was at my apartment by 8am and come to find out a frog caused my conductor to stop working, which caused my AC to not cool. Adam explained the issue and fixed it within no time. You guys really saved my day, very reliable, ver efficient. Thank you. I will always use AR Williams for my Air conditioning needs. The best.

Adam helped me out immensely. I had originally scheduled just routine maintenance for my AC which they charged a very fair price for. I had also been having a problem with my bathroom vent fan and mold and started talking to him about it and he was able to diagnose my problem right away. I had four other companies come look at it and they never figured it out. I was so happy with all the services they rendered, they were extremely professional and explained everything very well. He was respectful and helpful and I would highly recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs!

Mark Bowman came and repaired my AC unit today (6/25/21). The experience was efficient and a pleasure. Mark was courteous and down to earth, professional and polite. The price for the repair was fair, and he informed me of an annual maintenance plan to extend the life of my unit that comes with much more value than similar programs from their competitors. The owner Adam is great too.

I don't know where to start! From the customer service, Christina is a lovely helpful lady to fast response and professional quick and excellent service! They seem to care! After living 30years in Florida, I thought I won't find great service and honest company around. They are amazing and especially Mark the technician is the BEST, he is knowledgeable and he delivered an excellent service! I sure I will use their service in the future and I did purchase a one-year service contract ( it's worth it).

Please call them and you wouldn't be disappointed. They are fair on prices and they are not there to sell you anything, they are in business to satisfy your needs. They deserve 5+++++ stars! expectations and beyond! Keep

We are so pleased with AR Williams as an AC repair and maintenance company. Having a condo in Florida it's so important that our air conditioning works properly! AR Williams has always been extremely responsive and super fast to service our cooling needs! Every technician has been pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. We returned from vacation at 11PM on a Friday night to an 86 degree home and no A/C. Left a message on A.R. Williams' voicemail and they had a tech out to the house the very next morning (Saturday service)! In less than 2 hours, Kevin Williams had us back up and running with a new blower motor. Since our unit was 14 years old, we decided to replace it. The installation team (Ethan and Tyler) were equally as qualified and as hard-working as Kevin.

We were very pleased and impressed with A.R. Williams' timeliness, professionalism, and cleanliness, and its polite, respectful and knowledgeable techs. Adam clearly hires the best and trains them well. We highly recommend A.R. Williams.

5+++ stars! I had other estimates scheduled to fix/repair my AC but as soon as I got off the phone with Adam, the owner, I cancelled the others. Adam's professionalism, integrity and respect shined through the phone. Mark, the service technician, came out the same day and represented all the good feels I got from my phone call with Adam. Mark is a knowledgeable, straight shooter with a 100% customer satisfaction attitude. A.R. Williams gave me a credit for the original visit since I decided to purchase a new unit. Prices were fair and the experience was great! Look no further! You won't be disappointed.

On Saturday morning, as I was getting ready for grandchildren and great grandchildren's weekend visit, I discovered my AC was not working. Wow Eight guests and no AC. Catastrophe! My usual AC guy wanted an astronomical amount of money to come out on a Saturday and could not make it until late that day--so I turned to Yelp. I found Adam and he was extremely helpful. He came out immediately and fixed my AC in nothing flat. His weekend charge was very reasonable and he knew just what was wrong almost immediately. He's my guy from now on!

My tenant called to tell me the A/C stopped working. The management company referred me to Adam who owns A.R.Williams Air Conditioning. Adam, the owner is the technician I dealt with. He was prompt to return the call and was on time to check out the problem. He said I needed a new A/C. WOW!! Immediately thought I was be taken. I called another company who said the same thing and but quoted me a price much higher than Adams.

So I had Adam do the installation. Glad I did. Prompt and good job. Since then I ve had him service my other units to include my home. Adam will let you know what needs to be repaired with cost prior to repairing. I am glad to have him as my A/C tech. I find him to be knowledgeable. I m happy to recommend him to people who looking for a reliable A/C company.

I highly recommend A.R. Williams for any and all of your needs. I hired another company for duct work and they totally s screwed up the whole job. A.R. Came in at a great price got me all cleaned up and straightened up and I passed my rough inspection with flying colors!! The inspector even commented on how neat and clean the duct work looked. Props to this company Adams is awesome and his team is amazing as well!! I can not say thank you enough !!!

Outstanding and prompt service when our a/c drain backed up leaking water into the garage and house. They were here within 2 hours and fixed the problem at 8pm. Funny story, my husband called him and couldn't leave a message because his vm was full. I started calling another company, got their vm. Adam called me back within 10 minutes of our first call to him even though we hadn't left a message and said he'd be on his way. Above and beyond service from this company.

Would HIGHLY recommend this company for all A/C needs. I'm a new homeowner of an older apartment and called Adam (the owner) to help decipher an inspection report. In less than 24 hours he came out and solved all of the issues that needed attention. He was very honest and knowledgable about what was needed and what could wait. It's hard to find companies that won't take advantage and this is definitely one of them.
