We had an external drain that wasn't draining well. It was uncertain if the pipe had a partial collapse or if it was clogged. Scott wasn't able to run the normal snake clearing head through the drain, but was able to run the bare snake through it. He talked me through what he was thinking the issues could be. After that, he told me he wasn't satisfied with the results and would try the process again.
After several attempts and setbacks, he got the pipe cleared. Scott went the extra mile and resolved the issue. A lot of people would have said good enough, beyond happy that Scott did the job properly even though it took extra time and effort. Would recommend them to anyone for any plumping issues you have.

Spoke with Martin and he suggested that I try to fix the problem myself since it's relatively simple fix. Walked me through it over the phone and it was pretty easy, saved me $300!

We had a clogged toilet and called Kesterson after 5pm. Their answering service was very nice, professional, and helpful, and put our request in as an emergency. Ben was at our door within half an hour. He was friendly, professional, and great at his job. He wore a mask the entire time, gave us some tips on avoiding the problem in the future, and solved our problem very competently. We will definitely use their services again when needed. Thanks for coming on such short notice and in the rush of the holidays!

My sewer backed up. Kesterson charged a very reasonable flat rate to snake it out, regardless of how long it took. The plumber they sent did a great job, wore a mask and was very professional. It ended up taking about 2 and a half hours. The blockage was 75 to 85 feet out.
