Had this company come out and estimate tile replacement for three bathrooms, called me and asking if I would like they to remove toilets and trim molding's and I responded yes, then they called me back and said we don't do that. A lot more to this story, would not recommended. If the owner would like to talk please responded a contact and I will share my concern.

We have used Campbell Tile for two different projects in our home and have been thoroughly happy with the results on both. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, courteous, and professional. Our kitchen island required a unique top that was notched almost like a puzzle piece so that a custom-made tabletop could fit into it. The Campbell folks made it absolutely perfectly. We couldn't be happier.

Terrible work ethics. They are all promises, no results. I've given them every opportunity to contact me to resolve the problems. They won't respond to voice mails or emails. Extremely disappointed. They only care about the money, not the customer service.
