Wards installed our heat pump when our home was built and did great job Since then we have them perform the maintenance on our unit 2 times year. Cody, who came today was so very professional nice and knowledgeable, he showed us how our filters wete so dirty. He recommended changing filters every 2 months and this will keep your unit lasting a long time and save energy. We are very happy with Wards everyone talk to are are so nice. Mike C.
