We have just replaced all the carpeting in our home (bedrooms and upstairs game room) using Convict Hill Flooring. We are delighted with the results. Our carpet is beautiful and feels wonderful under foot. The installation team did a wonderful job and Christian and Courtney were helpful from start to finish. We have used other flooring companies in the past, but this experience was above and beyond. Highly recommend!

I've worked with Christian and Convict Hill Flooring twice now for major flooring projects. I have zero complaints! Both experiences have been as good as it gets. Christian hires great workers who are dependable, professional, considerate and know their stuff! I would have no hesitations hiring Convict Hill again!

We met with Christian, during Covid times, by appointment at the store. We didn't feel rushed as we looked over samples and asked plenty of questions. We selected a LVT and made the arrangements for having it installed. The installation went very well. All of the installers that worked at our house wore masks and kept everything clean. The results were fantastic. We are very pleased with the entire process and look forward to working with Convict Hill Flooring in the near future.

I hired Christian and her crew with Convict Hill Floor Covering to replace carpet in my home. They were professional, on-time, personable, and very helpful to me in recommending what would work in our room. I appreciate that they took Covid precautions seriously. Happy to support a local, woman-owned company with competitive pricing, versus using a big box. I recommend this company and will hire them again.
