Noticed that my air conditioner wasn't working at 7:30 pm when the temperature hit 82 degrees. I called Sun Kool emergency service number immediately. My call was routed to voice mail. I requested emergency service and left my name and number. They did not contact me during the rest of the night. I called again at 8:30 am the next morning and got through to a person. She said they had not yet completed processing the previous night's calls.
She put me on the schedule for service between 1 and 5 pm. The technician, Robert, arrived at 5. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem (capacitor) quickly (explaining everything along the way) and replaced it. Problem fixed, but.it was a long, hot day!

James is a professional I called them out to give me a quote on a new system that I will still need I thought my unit was dead, James insisted on looking at my unit first and did some troubleshooting 15 minutes later he had it running. I got a reasonable quote on a new system and will let Sun Kool install it. Great customer service thank you

Critical: Value They wanted 6,000 dollars for a simple minisplit install. The units themselves run 1500 dollars so they wanted to charge 4,500 for a half days labor. Incredibly greedy. Great business model though. Rip off some tubes use said profits to purchase google reviews to wash out my bad one.
