Roof Replacements
Our roof replacement service addresses damaged or aging roofing systems across Tucson. We specialize in tile, shingle, and flat roof installations using durable, manufacturer-certified materials. Each project includes comprehensive inspections, accurate cost estimation, and complete removal of existing materials before installing weather-resistant systems that enhance property value and energy efficiency.
Roof Repairs
We offer prompt roof repair solutions for leaks, cracks, and storm damage. Our certified technicians identify entry points for water or pests, using premium patching materials and matching existing roof textures. Repairs include sealant applications, tile replacement, and underlayment reinforcement to extend roof lifespan while maintaining structural integrity against Arizona's extreme temperatures.
Exterior Painting
Our exterior painting service revitalizes building facades with UV-resistant, climate-appropriate coatings. We prepare surfaces by repairing stucco cracks and cleaning with low-pressure washing before applying paint using brush/roller techniques. This meticulous process enhances curb appeal while protecting structures from Arizona's harsh sunlight and temperature fluctuations through long-lasting, evenly-applied finishes.
Drywall Repair
We restore damaged drywall surfaces to like-new condition with seamless patching and texturing. Our team handles small repairs from failed DIY attempts to large-scale restoration after water damage. Using professional-grade materials and matching existing finishes, we ensure repaired areas blend perfectly with surrounding walls while maintaining structural integrity and aesthetic continuity.
Tile Roof
Specializing in tile roof installations and repairs, we work with traditional clay and concrete tiles that complement Southwestern architecture. Our experts assess underlayment conditions, replace cracked or missing tiles, and reinforce flashing details. We source discontinued tile patterns and use color-matching techniques to maintain roof aesthetics while improving durability against weather extremes in Arizona's climate.

Critical:Responsiveness We had a scheduled appointment time, between 7am-11am. No one came to our home, nor did anyone from the business contact us. We telephoned them, left a message. There has been no response. This company is not reliable.

Diana's is definitely five star! The President, Mr. Garcia, came out twice to go over job specs to rehab our roof with two wood extensions. He and his staff were friendly, conscientious, on time and cleaned up neatly and nicely. They performed high quality work and the price was below other bidders.

I highly recommend Diana's Construction. This company was recommended to me by a friend who used them for several jobs over the years. Mr. Garcia and his great crew repaired the interior of my home following extensive water damage. They replaced and finished walls, ceilings, flooring, cabinetry and fixtures and did a beautiful job the whole way. My home is much nicer than it was before.

Diana's General Construction has done roofing and painting work for our home. In both instances, their crew was prompt, professional, friendly, and conscientious. To have a contractor show up when they say they will; do what they say they will; and for the competitive price they quote is completely refreshing. The owner, Jose Garcia, is knowledgeable and has high integrity.
