Spending some time with Grant Stephenson, owner of Horticultural Consultants. Grant is one of the worlds leading authorities on cold hardy Palm trees, Bamboo, and Cycads.

This proved to be one of the most rewarding times of my career. Grant taught me so much on the identification, care, and installation of Palms, Bamboo, and Cycads. Through this instruction, I gained a new appreciation for plant life. I spent a couple of years working as Commercial Landscape Project manager under Dean Carpenter, owner of Houston Landscape Unlimited.
