Following in his father's footsteps, Otis V. Laird III (Trey) graduated from Texas Tech University with a Landscape Architecture degree. Upon gradating Trey joined the family business and has been an integral part of its growth and success for the past 21 years. In 2007 Otis Jr. handed over the daily operations of the business to Trey, but continues to be heavily involved in the family business.

Otis is a graduate of Texas Tech University and a registered landscape architect with the state of Texas. After working seven years as a landscape architect / salesman for a Houston based nursery, he decided to start his own company and has been pleasing clients now for over 35 years.
