We want everyone to know how much we appreciate the Pro Outdoor Services team. We can't imagine how much water the original contractor-grade irrigation system (installed in 2013) was wasting. Today bushes and plants that were struggling are thriving in full bloom! And redressing our beautiful property with 15 tons of granite stone has made the difference. Our neighbor have noticed! They replaced my entire irrigation system. Arrived on time and work was completed in 2 days. When they were done the yard and landscaping ( stones, etc) were restored perfectly. From the front office to the backend repair, these guys are great. I initially spoke with Annette who scheduled my appointment. She called to remind me about it a day before the appointment and also called to check up after the service completed to see if I had any questions or concerns. I appreciated that. Now moving onto the field staff, Matt called me on his way to my residence and kept me up to date on his arrival time.
He and his younger associate (sorry I can not recall the name) were wonderful to deal with. They identified the issue and set up a time with me to come back to fix it AND they did. I will definitely use this company again in the future for my irrigation needs. TY

Installed a new misting system. Highly recommend! They were great to work with. Professional and knowledgeable. After install I had an issue which was not their fault. Without hesitation they came out and helped correct the problem. I was very impressed with Pro Outdoor Services. They stand by their product and are great to work with which is rare in today's world. I called pro outdoor services to request irrigation system check and repair. They came to our house a day or so after I called. The guy who came out provided a verbal estimate that turned out to be spot on! Work was completed a week later by two conscientious workers and we feel really confident all of our plants, bushes, trees, cacti, agave, grasses. are going to have a really great summer!

Josh @ Pro Outdoor Services is a Professional in the world of service companies. You know how working with service companies can be a pain, well that all changed when I talked to Josh.
