Even though we had multiple servicing issues during our initial and call back visit, Jennifer, the manager, took the time to hear our concerns and rectify the situation. She will be managing our account personally moving forward which speaks highly of their dedication to customer service, and an unnecessary refund was provided. We would like to note that our call-back technician, Rene, did a phenomenal job spraying our interior and exterior home. He not only took the additional time to hear our concerns, but also completed another thorough inspection.

I used them mainly for ticks elimination. They did couple of services but useless on ticks as I encountered ticks on my yards even after few treatments. Everytime different person came and they were not sync. They didn't know what type of spay the other person did and they were not sure where to do the spray and where to not. Every technician in this company usese their own choice of spray which is a concern here. Arrogance and rude attitude from techniciansa is also a factor which I don't like while working with any company. waste of money and time. I will never use or recommend them.

The gentlemen that came out was extremely professional he was very knowledgeable and explained to me about all the product he was using. I have a small yappie dog that wouldn't stop barking and he was very understand and polite. Absolutely fantastic customer service! We had a last minute issue with another service on a Thursday. Spoke to Chelsea and she had a tech out the following morning! On TIME! AND SMILING! They are Actually IN ARLINGTON, we wanted to shop local. They offered us a great price to do a move out pest control spray. And the fact that they SHOWED UP, when they said they would, was so refreshing! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. You will not be sorry.

We got lucky with our first choice for pest control leading to this great service. Mitchell's customer service rep (Chelsea) was friendly, informative, and helpful, and the tech (Kodi) was also very friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, and thorough. I have used several pest control companies in DC and Mitchell Pest is the best. l can't recommend Mitchell Pest highly enough. We moved from Arlington to the Leesburg area. Mitchell transferred our services at no extra cost just because we moved into a different house. Mitchell uses a newer technology for termite treatments. It is significantly cheaper than older technology treatments. It is more ecologically friendly than other termite treatments. Patrick, our service guy, , was excellent. He was very personable. Patrick patiently addressed all my questions. Our Listing Agent from Arlington said Mitchell Pest Control I was excellent.

We were awaken in the middle of the night to two mice in our bedroom. My husband and I were up all night watching them as we have a newborn. My fear was that the mice would crawl in bed with us. I contacted Mitchell Pest Control and they sent Patrick out in a timely manner. Patrick explained in detail how he would check for entry points and his treatment plan.

We mentioned that we noticed the mice came from the bedroom closet in which we were able to catch one on a sticky pad in the closet. Patrick placed more sticky pads & snap traps on the closet while he tended to the other one we catch in the bathroom. He was able to catch the one in the bathroom one handed and while he was doing that the snap trap in the closet went off and he was able to catch the other one.

We were more than pleased with Patrick's patience, professionalism, and urgency. He placed more traps around our home, sprayed for insects, placed a bait trap outside our unit, and provided us with extra sticky traps. Thank you Patrick!

I like Jennifer, the office manager. She is always very nice and accomodating for my business. I like her staff, especially Cory, fantastic guy. He is very meticulous. I have been using Mitchell Pest Services for several years now. They are so friendly and professional and get the job done. They really care about their work. I had a big spider problem this month. Chelsea set me up with my inspection working around my schedule. She was very respectful and knowledgeable about the inspection. The technician showed up on time did a great job. Mitchell Pest Services has been taking care of my house since 2019. When I first moved into my house back in 2019, they eradicated a preexisting rodent and bug problem, and since then they have provided quarterly treatments on my house's interior and exterior. Any time that I have had a concern or need for an ad hoc treatment, they have always been extremely responsive and timely in the treatment.

Also since 2019, each technician that has treated my house has been professional, kind, proactive. I want to thank Cody, who treated the exterior of my house today. He was the most thorough and proactive technician that has treated my house--identifying areas of possible concern and addressing them on the spot. And as always, a big thank you to Jennifer for consistently keeping the schedule and arrival times to a T!

Update: I've spoken to the office manager several times today regarding my issues. She processed the $50 refund and has been helpful in trying to solve the wasp situation. The wasps aren't gone yet, but I appreciate the assistance and the options she's provided. I've changed my review from 2 to 5 stars as a result of her help. I called to have a technician remove a wasp nest from my window.

The technician was scheduled for an arrival time of 8-12 and did not show up until around 12:30. To compensate for my time, I was told I'd get $50 off the service. The technician was professional and polite and did preventative spraying inside and outside of my house and also removed the wasp nest. Later in the day I noticed the wasps had started gathering in the gap between my inner and outer window.

I called concerned about this, got a call back from the technician and was told that the wasps might hang out for 12-24 hours while they panicked over their nest and Queen being gone, but should be gone by the morning. This was on Friday. Today is Monday and the wasps are still living in my window. I also just got a receipt indicating I was charged full price without the $50 off I was promised.

I just called the office with these concerns and was told they have to charge me full price and would put a refund in for the $50 and the manager would take care of it later. Regarding the wasps I was told "it's a marathon not a sprint" and there's no way they would be gone in 24 hours and "I don't know who told you that." Based on their response to my concerns today, I would not recommend this service.

Mitchell Pest takes care of my quarterly pest control and annual termite warranty. They send well educated techs who are professional and informative while getting the job done efficiently and effectively. For these same reasons I also use them in my profession as a Realtor. Mitchell Pest Services was initially my second opinion and came out after another company to do a free consultation. My home sadly acquired some unwanted furry friends and I ended up signing with them for both cost efficiency and customer service reasons. I signed with Mitchell for the rodent service. Prior to them coming out I was communicating with Jennifer via email and she was so responsive and helpful (and still is).

The person that came out to do the service was very professional and answered my questions honestly. When the traps caught something they worked me in to their schedule to make sure they came to get it and reset the traps. Great customer service, professional and cost efficient. Highly recommended.

Mitchell Pest was the only company that could come out the next morning on the afternoon I discovered that there were rodents on a property. Their customized treatment was fast and effective, and their rates are very reasonable. I loved the online portal for payments and statements, the email and call reminders to schedule service, they were always on time, and I even requested to use the same technician for the homeowner's comfort. I would use them again and encourage anyone to do the same.

I had a problem with birds in my one of my vents. They came out on a Saturday on short notice and sprayed stuff in vents to kill any fleas/ticks etc. then installed control devices to keep birds out.

I called Mitchell Pest Services because I had seen a mouse and some droppings, and was worried that there might be more than one. Michael contacted me within a couple of hours of my initial call, and we set an appointment for that day.

My realtor referred me to Mitchell Pest to perform a termite inspection for the sale of my home. The inspector Michael was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I was able to walk through the entire inspection with him and he explained what he was looking for each step of the way.

Easy to work with, friendly on time technician. Michael came out to the house and got a raccoon out of the attic. My home is in Chicks Beach area so the house is mostly made of wood, he found a few extra holes and sealed them up while he was up on the roof.
