Johnathan arrived exactly on time! We did a walk -through to review areas of my concern prior to beginning. During the time I received a text about the dinning room chairs and another text prior to finishing so that I could do another walk-through. The outcome was Awesome and I am very satisfied! So satisfied I will be contacting him in the future!

I was able to book the appointment all online with their estimate tools and schedule them to come at a time that worked for me. They are very quick with email and text communications and showed up on time. Jonathan was very friendly and professional and did the job quick and with high quality. Prices were reasonable and it was a super easy appointment.

We closed on our new home on a Friday and Master's touch was able to come out Saturday before all the furniture was moved. They were on time and super helpful with all the questions we had. The previous owners had a pet who dirtied the carpets quite a bit, but Master's were able to get the urine smell gone and stains out. Highly recommend this company!

I had a window of 0930-1100.got a text at 0900 that he'd be there in 30. He arrived promptly at 0930 with no additional directions to my building which in and of itself is amazing. He took about 10 minutes to get all the stuff to the third floor and about 30-40 minutes to finish cleaning my massive sectional. It was fast and smelled amazing. Price was exactly what I expected and comparable.

Definitely recommend. He did say that depending on how many stains or how dirty the area is the time may be more or less. My furniture didn't have any stains but it had the dog smell that I couldn't get out on my own. If you have a deep clean with a lot of stains or just dirty your time will be longer than mine. He was quick and got to work fast. Highly recommend.

We had our kitchen tiles cleaned (even the grout looks 100% better) and a couch that had severe stains. It looks worlds better, almost brand new! Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be using their services again in the future :) thanks again!

We're super happy with Master's Touch truck-mounted carpet cleaning! From start to finish, this was a smooth operation, not to mention they were the first to return my request for service! Mark was early and very courteous. He made sure that my cats were indoor/outdoor and explained that he would need to leave my door open for a bit, so he was verifying that would be ok. He worked diligently on the “dog” sofa that smelled like you’d expect it to with 2 dogs over 100 lbs each!!! My whole house smells amazing. I think he spent an hour just on the sofa.

It was loaded with fur and dirt that they’ve tracked in. He also made a doggie-accident spot disappear from the carpet!! They were super easy to get scheduled at a convenient time (even almost last minute) and the price was perfect!! Side note - cleaning lady just commented on what a great job he did!!!!
