They are available in different materials, as mdf doors, laminated doors, wood veneer doors or solid wood doors and are finished to your specification.

Fenstermann tilt and turn windows are dual-function windows made from high quality steel reinforced PVCu. The windows swing in similar to a door and tilt in on the top of the sash. One handle controls both operations and protects against high winds and intruders. The tilt and turn window is great for emergency exit access, secured and controlled ventilation and easy cleaning.

Aluminum

Aluminum Windows from Germany are thermally broken. These windows have an inner and outer aluminum shell that is rolled on a fiberglass frame which creates the thermal break. Due to this process, aluminum windows can have different coloring on the inside and on the outside and a wider fiberglass frame can easily improve the energy efficiency of the unit.

Wood Windows

Wood was always the favorite building material for homes and due to its natural beauty and versatility, it still is. Fenstermann Wood Windows are from 3 layers of solid wood and are custom made in Germany. Skilled carpenters pre-finish every single unit either with stain or paint and protect the wood before they assemble the hardware and install the glass and weather stripping.

This Pivot Door is custom made from African Mahogany - solid faces and an edge band stand for the highest level of craftsmanship. When the door is closed, the glass appears to be floating in the panel.

This video demonstrates how a pivot door functions. The door was installed into a residential home in Rancho Mirage, CA. The door and the top lite were build in our shop in San Diego from solid mahogany and finished in weathered teak stain.

I bought my shades from Fenstermann several years ago and installed them myself. Spent tons of time looking for shades I could pull bottom up or top down with a low profile and minimal hardware. I was so happy to stumble across Fenstermann. After years of use, my shades still look great. I rarely recommend anything, but these shades are the best!

We live in California and purchased German Tilt-and-Turn windows from a supplier out of the mid-West United States and the supplier was unable to provide blinds for the windows. After searching online, we came across Fenstermann and sent some emails requesting information. The company was amazingly responsive and even did a "virtual site-survey" with us via video-chat.

They showed us different options and provided all the information we needed to order the correct blinds. We worked directly with Ingo Scholz and was VERY happy with his service! The blinds came in faster than we expected and are super happy with the result! We got the "Surface Mount Blackout Honeycomb Shades" in light gray.
