The sales representative Olivia who booked my appointment was extremely professional precise and extremely thorough with explaining their processes. The two technicians that came out and cleaned our carpet were extremely polite efficient and my carpet turned out wonderfully and the Cleaning solutions they use smelled amazing. I would recommend this Carolina Kwik Dry to everyone!

Carolina Kwik Dry in Columbia, SC. Called to arrange a carpet cleaning. The office was very helpful and friendly. Cleaning time and date arranged very quickly. The crew arrived on time, were very professional and friendly. They did four carpeted areas in a very efficient and thorough manner. Their price for 4 normal rooms was very good. Would recommend and will use again as needed.
