San Jose Hardwood Floors is the best. As part of a pretty major kitchen remodel, we wanted to get hardwood throughout, but really didn't know much about it. Butch spent a lot of time with us and helped us make all the right choices. In the end we chose a dark-stained hickory because we wanted a really durable surface (dogs!). The floor was beautiful the day it was installed 13 years ago and has been amazing ever since. We really appreciate all the time and personalized service that went into the experience of working with Butch & the team. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Butch was eager to confirm our first appointment and was on time. He provided a quote which I accepted. They began the tear out work but a few days before the project completion he said the wood was not available any longer. We were under a short timeline due to other construction going on. He was rude and not very helpful in coming up with a solution. He threatened to just call it quits without a back up resource.
I told him this was unacceptable and we could find a solution. He finally found an alternative product. The Workman came to do the stain. I found stain on my linens and towels in my linen closet. This guy was going through my personal property. Looking for jewelry, valuables. I would never recommend or trust this company beware.

He's always made himself available, he's super clear and friendly and always keeps your preferences (and your coop's) in mind.
He's a pleasure to work with. The office workera - who made sure I got status updates on everything. The guys that came to do the work were professional, personable, respectful and thorough. This company was a great pleasure to work with. They stick to there deadlines and communicate thoroughly through my project. I have a rental condo in downtown Los Gatos. Butch (owner)salesman who was awesome and very knowledgeable. Overall they did a good job. This is what I call a good outfit
