We encourage the use of drought tolerant, water efficient plants and designs that minimize large areas of thirsty flora such as bluegrass.

As we are a design-build company, our designer and craftsmen work together through all phases of a project to ensure quality and accuracy. The owner Jim Zarka has over 35 years of experience and a Bachelor of Science in landscape architecture from Michigan State University (1978).

We use cutting edge irrigation technology to save you money and water, such as ET controllers, rain sensors, soil moisture sensors, programmable timers, and drip irrigation.

Trees provide shade, seclusion, and beauty. With virtually unlimited types and sizes of trees and large shrubs available, together we can choose those most suitable for your landscape. In addition, we can provide maintenance services to promote the health and beauty of your existing planting beds and trees.

Through accurate soil-preparation and suitable and efficient irrigation, your new lawn will be a source of both beauty and utility.
