I was stressed out for days trying to figure out what was wrong my car. I changed the battery my Mercedes Benz ML320. I didnt know at the time I didnt know that once you changed the battery. That the key needs to be reprogrammed. After to calling around for a few days, and couldn't find any one to reprogram Mercedes. I called key works and Keith knew exactly what needed to be done. He was nice gave me a lot of information, and options on how to fix my problem.
There was to options with reprogramming my current key or making a new one and reprograming that one. When he showed I must say he was nice on the eyes, and really friendly. He got right to work. Bianca ( my car) was being stubborn as hell. He tried a few different ways to reprogram my current key. I was so excited to hear my car turn over and start I could kiss him. Needless to say I am now a loyal customer and spokeswoman. Thanks for all of your help.
