The AC wasn't working and I got a technician to come out right away. He made the repair and left. The AC didn't work. I called the next morning and got another tech right away, he found the valve to install the coolant leaked and caused the unit to lose coolant. He made the repair and I'm in business. Both techs seemed to be competent and were friendly. I have a 10 year warranty and I just made it within the time limit. I was only charged for the refrigerant. Not sure I should be charged because it needed refrigerant because of a leak.

My thermostat just fried. The tech told me that they have been discontinued. But he drove several towns away to get a unit that would work and installed it it same day. Very pleased! Service: Install thermostat
