Reclaimed Wood Flooring
We specialize in restoring century-old wood flooring from demolished structures. Our process includes nail removal, quality inspection, and preparation of oak, pine, and maple. Each plank retains unique patina and historical character while meeting modern flooring needs. This eco-conscious solution preserves forest resources by avoiding new timber harvesting.
Custom Stair Installation
Our reclaimed wood stairs combine historical authenticity with precise craftsmanship. Materials sourced from pre-1900s buildings create durable, visually striking staircases. Professional installation ensures structural integrity while maintaining the wood's original textures and markings for timeless appeal.
Architectural Salvage
We recover and repurpose architectural elements like doors, windows, and cabinetry during demolition. These components retain original craftsmanship for reuse in restoration projects. Our inventory includes fixtures from early 20th-century buildings, offering clients genuine historical building materials.
Demolition Services
Our demolition process prioritizes material recovery from obsolete structures. Trained crews carefully dismantle buildings to maximize usable wood salvage. This approach reduces landfill waste while preserving valuable lumber for new applications across residential and commercial projects.
Wood Furniture
We craft bespoke furniture using reclaimed oak, pine, and maple. Each piece showcases natural imperfections and historical wear patterns unique to its origin. The furniture blends rustic aesthetics with functional design, creating enduring centerpieces from salvaged materials.

We have done a total of 4 total projects with Old Texas Wood. We usually deal with Lance and he has done a great job of taking care of us. All of our projects have used a mix of wider pine nailed flooring. We really like the character of the old nail holes. We have been pleasantly shocked at how little waste we have. With a repurposed product we would typically expect about 10 to 15% to be waste. Are waste on the product we get from Old Texas Wood is right at 2%. Awesome!
We have shared or opinions with several friends, and they have all had the same luck that we have seen. We are currently planning a 7K sq ft house and will be using Old Texas Wood for sure. They have always shipped on time, and even stayed late to help unload. This will be your best contractor/supplier that you have on your entire project!
