Amazing customer service here! Houston supervisor Juan and his team really had a way of making a bad situation into a great one. I was having trouble with another company who was giving my husband and I such a hard time. Not only did I get the material we originally wanted but we felt great about the service! So many colors to choose from along with great quality here, I highly recommend Houston location.

This product is fit for nothing. All the flooring edges are peeing off and I called their customer service and they told it is the installation problem. I called another flooring specialist and he confirmed it is a manufacturing defect. This company doesn't want to listen or interest to fix the problem. A horrible company to work with. Don't get fooled by this distributor or manufacturer. Now I am forced to scrap all these and put new one. Keep away from this company and their sales person will say thousand words to impress you that they are the only company in the world who can do better. Sorry I am done with it
