We've had the new Broten garage door installed 5 years ago and the other day it started giving us trouble. Had the service visit scheduled for next day and voila, like new again. Turns out the original mechanism was put in 10-11 years ago and the belt finally crapped out. The technician was friendly, courteous and quick.

I have used Broten twice before for broken springs and was always happy with service from beginning to end. So when my garage door opener started malfunctioning I requested a quote online on Saturday and within 20 minutes I was called and explained the options and prices. I scheduled for following Tuesday installation. Installation was perfect. Tech was personable and professional. He explained all options and cleaned up afterwards. Again a great experience with Broten

Our garage door was several decades old and had to be repaired twice last year so we opted to replace it with an impact door. This would also help with our home insurance. The installation was seamless. My husband commented that the door doesn't bang down like the old one did, it closes gently. We would recommend Broten for this service.
