We are very happy with our Ferran experience. Nick was our first and main point of contact. He was very pleasant to talk with, thorough and knowledgeable in explaining all the details about a new system. It included a load calculation, duct testing/cleaning and install process and the after support and maintenance that is available to us. Nick was quick to return our calls and followed up with us after the install was complete to make sure we were happy. Each team that came in to do work was equally as pleasant to deal with. We couldn't ask for a better experience.

They are a great AC company and they are honest which is rare. I had one room in my house that was warmer than the rest of the house. I had a few different companies come out- 2 told me i needed my whole duct work redone and one told me i needed the ducts redone- more insulation added and an extra return vent added to the room that was too warm. Ferran was the last company to come out and after looking at my ducts, they said then found no leaks, no need to redo the ductwork and said i had more insulation than was necessary to keep my home cool. what they found was that the airflow was uneven and suggested adding an extra return into the warmer room and dampeners to redistribute the airflow more evenly.

The price they quoted me was much better than the other companies (one of whom wanted $12,000 to redo the ducts). i ended up going with ferran to do the work and they did a great job. they were quick, friendly, and efficient. the room now gets cooler but they also said they would come back to do more to the dampeners if needed. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a company that does great work AND is honest.

Luis was extremely professional answering all of my questions and working with me to orient the water heater to optimize the location of controls and exhaust. Ferran also offered multiple pricing options that included a fixed price for the installation and materials. Great company to work with. I know who to call next time I have a project.
