Douglas installed a new Bryant heating and air system for us this week. After getting estimates from three companies, we chose Douglas. They are an excellent company. Jamie and Terry installed the system and were awesome. They were on time, knowledgeable, worked non-stop, neat, considerate and NICE. Their love of their jobs was obvious. They were very thorough and double-checked everything related to the new system before they left.
They even did some extra things at no charge. Having been homeowners for 41 years we appreciate courteous, professional, friendly, and especially fair service from a company. Douglas is all this and more.

We've used Douglas since moving to Birmingham and each time they come out I am impressed with the technicians and their service. Jonathan Sales, the technician that visited our home today, was no exception. He was on time, personable, professional, communicative, took the time to explain everything so I felt confident and knowledgable, and he was extremely kind and considerate. Jonathan was great to work with. Consistently awesome service, and awesome techs. Jonathan went above and beyond. I couldn't ask for anything more. Thanks Douglas and Jonathan for taking such great care of our home and us.

Our AC died overnight Thursday. Caleb came out Friday, and sure enough it was time to replace the entire system. Two teams came back Monday with a new unit at noon and were gone by 6PM! Very clean and professional! No mess! Absolutely the best HVAC experience we have had. Service: Installation

Jonathan Sales, the technician that visited our home, was amazing and over the top kind, considerate, knowledgeable and professional. We will never even think about using another business from now on. The first place I called didn't even answer, and I'm so happy they didn't. I feel comfortable knowing that Douglas C & H is so close to our new home. 10/10!

We bought two new Bryant HVAC systems from Douglas. We were referred to them by friends and had not used them before. We could NOT have been more pleased with them from start to finish. They are professional and knowledgeable, on time and so easy to work with. We are forever clients for them for Heating, Cooling, and Electrical. We are so pleased!

Ethan found a leak in the gas line near the furnace. I had smelled it very faintly before but one day it was stronger, so I called. He did a great job - performed preventive maintenance on our heating and cooling system as well. Service: AC maintenance
