Long established business that is great for Orientals or large, even extremely large rugs. They clean, deodorize, repair and protect them. Plus they will come to your home or business to pick up your rug; including move all the furniture off of it, roll it up and put it in their truck. Nice polite professional people too.

Excellent results! Zakian cleaned and repaired 2 antique rugs for us. One of the rugs was in bad shape. Zakian came up with an appropriate repair solution so the rug was not perfect but was significantly improved at a reasonable repair cost. Thank you!

Very good service from pick-up to delivery. I got a call with details about condition of rug, but no pressure to add extra services. My trust in them is very high. I had used them several years back also.

Ten stars! My recent experience with Zakian Rug Cleaning is one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I don't usually do reviews, but I really wanted to share how professional they were with every single thing to do with the job. They called me back promptly, the same person every time, picked up on schedule, notified me as the job progressed and dropped off on the day they promised. The rug cleaning and repair were done perfectly! I have already recommended Zakian to two neighbors as well as my daughter, who runs a residential cleaning service, for her clients.

We had a 50+ year old Wiltin Oriental rug cleaned, rebound, and refringed. The rug looks new. Pick up and delivery went smoothly. Thank you. We are very pleased.
