I was needing my fence extended past my bedroom windows on both sides of my house and I am extremely satisfied with the work that Superior Fence Construction did. My home builder used this company to install fences on all of the new builds in the neighborhood. Within a month or two after installation I had pickets warping and nails backing out. I contacted them to come fix the issues and all they came out and did was slap one picket on the end of the fence where one had fallen off. They didn't even cut it to size to fit properly. I contacted them again and was told that the person that deals with the fences for my neighborhood would contact me. Months went by and I was never contacted.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness A 3 day job took over 8 days to complete. I had to make contact with them 98% of the time. Front desk ladies were great and tried to help, but Monte didn't stay on top of workers or project. Would not recommend this company unless you don't mind the lack of professionalism. Critical: Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness Had a fence installed about a year ago. A month after the install I was unable to open our side gate due to it dragging the ground. 4-5 calls later I still can't get anyone out to my house to fix it. Don't use these people. After they get your money that's it. You get what you get. Service: Wood fence installation
