He fixed a leak pipe for us in October of 2021, and gave us a very fair price for it. The same area started leaking again in May of 2021. He came out to look and fixed it no charge. The problem wasn't with his original work, it was something else in the same area, and he still didn't charge me. He's an upstanding guy. 10/10 do recommend.

Todd with Code Red Plumbing has been our hero for the few times I have needed a plumber for our 40+ year old house which has decided to spring a few leaks. He and the company have responded quickly and done an excellent job each time and at a very fair price. He is very professional and friendly. I won't use any other plumbing company and now have them on speed dial!

Code Red Emergency Plumbing is fantastic. A carpenter installing some shelves in our home office hit a water line, causing a leak and the shut off of all water to the house. I called Code Red Emergency Plumbing around noon, and the polite and competent plumber Tom was here in about an hour. The whole situation was resolved before 2 pm and for a very reasonable price! I called two other companies purporting to provide emergency plumbing services, but one had no available plumbers until the next day and the other could get a plumber over three to five hours later. I am very glad I called Code Red Emergency Plumbing, and they will be my first call for all of my plumbing needs going forward. THANKS!

I sent a detailed message of the plumbing repairs I needed to have done to Code Red Emergency Plumbing via the "Contact Us!" link on their website--2 days in a row. However, they never replied to my messages. I reached out to another plumbing company, and I received a reply within hours. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with Code Red Emergency Plumbing. Code Red Emergency Plumbing left a Google reply for me on 5/10/21.
They stated they called me the following day at 7 am. Unfortunately, this couldn't be further from the truth. I NEVER received ANY form of communication from them--not even an automated e-mail reply. What's more, if they didn't feel they were capable of performing the job I requested--the next day or any other day, for that matter, the least they could have done was reached out to me to let me know I'd need to reach out to a more qualified plumber.
