Great AC company! They listen to your concerns and respond quickly. Mike was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained everything really well and took his time to do the job right. I'm 61 years old. I had a leak in my main water line. Rented a trencher and ran a whole new line. It was tough and I was out of water 6 days. Finished and turned it on and the one place I had to sweat a copper connection leaked. I waited all day for another plumbing service who still hasn't called or showed up. It was on a Sunday. Active Plumbing and A/C answered right away and had Tony there in less than 3 hours. I was first quoted the $69 service fee and $350 for the repair. I could not afford this fee. Tony got approval from his boss and did the job for $175 total. I will never use another service besides them again in the future. They helped me so much at a time I really needed it.

Our A/C stopped working today when it was 106 outside, and with a newborn at home, we needed some quick help.

Mike H. came to the rescue, promptly identifying the issue with our damper. He quickly went to get the necessary part from the warehouse, installed it, and clearly explained each step.

My wife and I greatly appreciated Mike's professionalism and friendly attitude. Thanks to him, our little one will sleep comfortably in a cool room tonight! Highly recommend!

When my 27 year old system finally quit I called Active air. They sent Michael out and he gave me my options quite clearly. Went with a new units and Im thrilled with the final result. Nice cool house in the desert!

Matt came by to assess whether an access panel could be cut into a jetted tub as recommended by a home warranty companys plumber. Matt took a look at the situation and recommended putting in Delta cartridges and doing a good clean. I about fell out over the cost of cartridge replacement; however the faucet hasnt leaked since.

I have been working with Active Plumbing for a couple of years now because I bought the maintenance plan for my AC and Water heater. Best decision I have made. Carlos who takes care of my water heater and Michael who takes care of my AC are both amazing and straight forward. I also get reminders when the service is due. Because of this both systems are running perfectly even though they are old.

Mike and his assistant were on time, quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC. Had it fixed quickly and professionally. They were very knowledgeable and professionally. The price is was fair and competitive. I will definitely use them again. I also recommend this company to anyone.

An outstanding Company! Called and spoke to Carl I explained that I had called two companies and no show or calls. He scheduled Shawn who was professional, courteous, informative and friendly. I called for tune up but needed repairs and the price was excellent. I recommend Active Plumbing for all your needs.

Active Plumbing installed a new AC system in our older rental home about a week ago. The previous system was very old and stopped functioning. It was important to have a new system installed before the weather started to get real hot. I wanted to give it at least week before giving a review, in case the system was not performing as anticipated.

In the end, Active Plumbing and Air ended up installing two brand new condensers. The AC is working quite well right now. Wanted to give a shout out to Shawn Williams (Sr. Technician) and his crew. They did a great job installing under difficult circumstances due to how old the home is.

Giving 4 stars since I can't give 4 1/2.

Pros:
1. Crew was mostly on-time, they arrived about half hour late, but was not a huge problem since we were home anyway.

2. Crew was careful not to damage any furniture as they were coming and going in and out the premises.

3. The installed system appears to be working very well right now.

Cons:
1. Crew could have done a little better job cleaning up some of the mess that was left behind. There was some debris that I had to vacuum up later, but it was not too bad.

It's Vegas and it's getting H O T!! Of course my A/c went out....

I called Active Plumbing & Air Conditioning based on a referral from a good friend and I am so glad I did. They are AMAZING!!!!

They came out same day to check it out and got the new unit installed ASAP! The prices are extremely competitive too.

Marko was excellent! Very professional by introducing himself with a handshake, showed me the condition of the rod (love being educated and shown), and answered my questions. I manage Customer Feedback for a large Hawaii bank so I appreciat this level of service and experience. I expect that all reps for this company are the same. Definitely will work with Marco again!

They came out right away as I needed and got the job done. Very satisfied both plumbers very friendly I will use them again and their information went right in my contacts. We had a great experience with Active Plumbing. Our house had a pipe leak and Marko was able to come to our house and give us an estimate on the repair and also recommended an entire re-piping of the house. He thoroughly explained in detail what the process would be like in fixing the entire piping system in the house. We decided to repair the entire house. Marko was not only diligent in his work but he was also there to answer any and all questions we had about the project. He was able to fix our situation in less than 3 days time. Very prompt service; called and a plumber (Marko) arrived within 1 hour! Marko quickly assessed the issue and had it resolved quickly - he even went above and beyond and cleaned up some pipe work that was done by a previous company (unfortunately, we have so many issues with the water). Active is our go-to going forward (although, hopefully we will not need their services too often :D).

I am so happy to recommend Active Plumbing!! We needed a plumber this Christmas Eve to replace a hot water heater. Active Plumbing was called and after they asked a few questions about the problem and what would be needed the plumber arrived. Plumbers name is Ace Palmer and he was so detailed in everything he did!
Bottom line - Ace Palmer drained the old hot water heater, after taking old tank out he swept the floor before putting the new one back in!! Ace explained everything that he was doing and if I had any questions he answered my questions and made sure I understood the answers!!
Again, if you need a plumber for your house or any company in need of a plumber you should call Active Plumbing!!

Excellent service. I called about a heating problem, and within an hour, the tech was at our door ready to help. T.L. was thorough. He explained what he was doing and took the time to ensure we understood why the problem occurred and how to prevent the issue from happening again. I was informed of additional services they offer, but not pressured into buying anything extra, which was refreshing. He answered all of my questions with honesty and professionalism.
All in all, I would recommend their services to anyone in the Vegas area.

Active Plumbing was amazing. We had called a few places for quotes, but our neighbors had Active Plumbing at their house. The two employees came over while they were waiting to give some free advice and recommended their company. After an outrageous quote from a well known company, I called Active. They called within the hour to set up an appointment. They arrived within a few hours and gave a more accurate diagnosis that would not cause as much damage to our yard and pockets. Billy and his son were helpful, honest and quick. We had our water pipe replaced and trench filled by the evening. Carl was amazing with financing and numbers help and really wanted to get us the best deal possible. Had a shower drain clog. Called Active Plumbing. Spoke with Maria who was super friendly and she set me up with an appointment for the same day and did it very quickly. Tom came out right away and was very knowledgeable and friendly. They had great pricing! Very professional and honest. I highly recommend Active Plumbing!!

I had an old water softener that sprung a significant leak. I called Active Plumbing and Tony arrived within 30 minutes. Very prompt. He mitigated the leak by putting the system in Bypass mode. Being that its a very aged system, we determined that its best to consider replacing the unit vs. major surgery to repair it. Tony kindly gave me information and a quote for a replacement system. Very pleasant experience!

Noticed a stream of water from the driveway on Saturday afternoon and traced it back to the hot water heater. Turned off the main water supply. Called the number left on the heater from last time. Josh W. came by a few hours later, implemented a bypass and got the water turned back on in the house. Came back Sunday morning and got hot water flowing back through the house. Between Carl from dispatch, and Josh W. the technician, in less than 24 hours on a weekend, we went from all bad, to all good. Five star review! Thank-you guys! Until next time...
