I have been using Premier for 4 years. They are an excellent company. Martin and Cesar installed 2 new A/C units in my home and they did an excellent job. They were polite, nice, professional and went above and beyond to do a great job. I never leave the house when anyone works in my home, but I felt safe leaving while having Cesar and Martin in my home, which is a huge deal. Chris in the office and Corey from the sales team have always been great - courteous, polite - they want their customers to be happy. They're not just trying to sell you new A/C units. Everyone really takes the time out to explain everything going on as well. I highly recommend Premier.

Shelby was the service tech who came to perform our first maintenance via our plan. He was prompt and arrived as communicated. He was professional, friendly and polite. He provided me with an overview of what he would be doing and then a follow up conversation on what was done and what he found. I highly recommend Premier's maintenance plan and you should ask for Shelby!

They were recommended by our neighbors when our AC went out (of course one of the hottest weeks of the year). I contacted them after hours and Christine replied within minutes via text. Which was a pleasant surprise. She managed to work me in the next morning. Isaiah, the one who did the repairs, was very knowledgeable and quick in his repairs. A company with great customer service and efficient staff. Would recommend.

Shelby the service technician did a wonderful job of detailing out the issues he found with our 17 year old system after our bi annual maintenance. Mike the sales rep came out and did a wonderful job of walking us through the new installation process. Martin and Miguel did an excellent job installing both our furnace and AC unit! They were very prompt, professional and courteous throughout the whole install process. They answered all of our questions and are just a great bunch of guys! I can't say enough about our Premier service!

The entire process from start to finish was completely seamless! The attention to detail from my comfort advisor Mike was above and beyond.
