Johnston and Johnston was founded in 2008 by Louie and his son Henry. Louie is a surveyor with over 40 years of experience working all over the southeast United States. As a young man Henry would trek all over the state of Florida with his father assisting with surveys and learning valuable techniques. A love for the outdoors made following in his fathers footsteps a logical choice when it was time to select a career. Today Johnston and Johnston is still a family owned and operated business.

ALTA / NSPS Surveys

Elevation Certificates

Elevations certificates are professional certificates used for the purposes of acquiring flood insurance. The certificate shows the relation of the client's Home Elevation to Base Flood Elevation provided by the respective floodplain management community.

Topographic

A Topographic survey is used to show different elevations around the designated survey area. These are most often used a the start of a construction or home improvement project to show the lay of the land. In addition to the various elevations this particular survey will show key features as determined by the client that may be required.

Property Surveys

Property surveys, also called boundary surveys, are used to show boundaries of a real property in which a surveyor and mapper have determined the position of a boundary of real property in complete accord with the real property description.
