Services
Termite Control
Our termite control services include baiting systems, liquid treatments, and WDI inspections to protect properties from subterranean and Formosan termites. We use EPA-approved products and structural assessments to identify vulnerabilities. Our solutions cater to residential, commercial, and real estate clients, ensuring long-term prevention and compliance with industry standards.
Mosquito Barrier Services
Mosquito barrier treatments reduce pest populations during peak seasons (April-September) through targeted applications on properties. This service includes yard assessments to identify breeding sites and exclusion recommendations. Ideal for homeowners and businesses seeking outdoor comfort while minimizing chemical use.
Pest Prevention
Our pest prevention programs address ants, cockroaches, rodents, spiders, and more through IPM strategies. Services include structural inspections, exclusion repairs, and seasonal treatments. We focus on minimizing risks to people and the environment while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations for homes and businesses.
WDI Inspections
Certified wood-destroying insect (WDI) inspections provide detailed reports (WDIR-100/CL-100) for real estate transactions. Our inspectors identify termite activity, moisture issues, and structural vulnerabilities. Reports meet closing requirements and include actionable recommendations for remediation or prevention.
Exclusion Repairs
Exclusion repairs seal gaps, vents, and entry points to prevent pests from infiltrating structures. Services include mesh installation, foundation crack sealing, and moisture barrier solutions for crawlspaces. This proactive measure complements IPM strategies to reduce long-term infestation risks.
