Hired Ivey to remove a hornets nest in my tree. The first time they came out they left behind a good amount of the nest and the hornets began rebuilding. The second time they came, they ripped the entire branch off of the tree without letting me know (even though I was home at the time). Now our canopy has a gap in it and you can see where the branch splintered off from an unprofessional removal. The hornets are gone, but we paid a lot of money to have our trees damaged without permission.

I was introduced to this company 15 years ago through a business relationship. At the time, I mentioned to my father and he said "Bug Ivey" and was familiar with the company from it's original beginnings. You don't last in any business without doing it right and satisfying your customers. I would definitely recommend this company!
