From these inspections we can provide insurance companies, lenders, condominium associations, buyers and property owners with estimates of the life expectancy, needed repairs and maintenance/replacement costs. The price of these inspections depends on the size and type of roof. If the inspection results in repair or replacement of the roof within 60 days, the cost of the inspection will be deducted from the price of the needed work.
