I cannot say enough good things about this experience (experiences.) Had some odd issues with a newer water heater. Called WHW- John gave me his opinion, I tried to have it fixed by replacing some things - even though he thought we should replace under warranty- Long story short, it didn't fix all the problems. John checked in , we tackled the issues and went with a replacement and all is fixed and perfect. He never tried to talk me into anything or rip me off in any way possible. Completely transparent and respectful. After each time he was here, after a few days he checked in and made sure everything was as it was supposed to be. I will always call WHW for any issues in the future. Thanks again! My appreciation for service is abundant.

What's amazing person John is. The customer service and the job he did was 10 stars in my eyes. Our tankless water heater went out and his prompt respose back sold us.He was very thorough in explaining everything to us.He stayed in contact with us the whole time while waiting on the new water heater to come in. And to top it off he put in a temporary heater for us to use cause he didn't want us to go without hot water. Now that is go over and beyond. Water Heater Warrior is just an amazing!!!

Honesty, Promptness, and Integrity. I called the Water Heater Warriors and two minutes into the conversation I knew this company was the one. The knowledge over the phone, no nonsense quote was all that you can ask for. I was told that he would arrive to my home between 8:30 and 9:00 am and he was there 10 Mins before. I was quoted a price and after accepting the quote I called around and no one could match or had the over the phone knowledge they had. No only did he keep me informed on what he was doing, he even saved me a thousand dollars. I now have a plumber that I can trust. I would recommend the Water Heater Warriors 10 times out of 10.

The service from John at Pipeworks / Water Heater Warrior is exceptional. He has been called out to several jobs at my office and not only shows up ON TIME but completes the work in timely manner as well. We recently needed our hot water heater replaced as it was leaking. John came out, shut everything off safely for us, and came back as promised to install the new heater within a couple days. He is friendly, professional, and cleans up after himself (wow!). He has become our go-to plumber (at work and at home) and we can add hot water heaters to list of things he's helped us with.
